BASINÇ ÜLSERİ ÖNLENMESİNDE HEMŞİRENİN ROLÜ

Öz

Basınç ülseri gelişiminin önlenmesi, hemşirelik bakımında odak noktası olmasına rağmen, hastane kaynaklı basınç ülserleri oluşmaya devam etmektedir. Hemşireler, basınç ülseri gelişiminin önlenmesinde gerekli bilgi, beceri ve tutuma sahip olmalıdırlar. Basınç ülseri gelişimi açısından yüksek riskli hasta grubunda bir dizi koruyucu önlem alınması gerekmektedir. Hemşireler, tıbbi cihaza bağlı basınç ülserleri de dahil olmak üzere her türlü basınç ülserlerini önlemek için kanıta dayalı bakım planlamalı ve uygulamalıdırlar. Hemşireler; basınç ülserlerinin önlenmesinde, bakımında ve tedavisinde modern hemşirelik rolleri doğrultusunda sağlık bakım hizmeti sunmaktadırlar. Bu derlemenin amacı, basınç ülseri önlemede hemşirenin rolünün güncel literatür ışığında değerlendirilmesidir.

NURSE'S ROLE İN PRESSURE ULCER PREVENTİON

Öz

Although prevention of pressure ulcer development is the focus of nursing care, hospital-acquired pressure ulcers continue to occur. Nurses should have the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes to prevent the development of pressure ulcers. A series of preventive measures should be taken in the high-risk patient group for the development of pressure ulcers. Nurses should plan and implement evidence-based care to prevent all types of pressure ulcers, including pressure ulcers due to medical devices. Nurses; In the prevention, care and treatment of pressure ulcers, they provide health care services in line with modern nursing roles. The aim of this review is to evaluate the nurse's role in pressure ulcer prevention in the light of current literature.
